Rest in Power: John Dankworth

Sir John Dankworth (1927-2010): English jazz composer, saxophonist and clarinetist. Known simply as Johnny Dankworth, he rose to popularity throughout the 1950s with his group, the Dankworth Seven. He would later share stages with Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole and Ella Fitzgerald.
